collecting the components was never the issue for mammon. he already had them all once. he can probably get them again easily enough. all that's probably keeping him from going through with it is not wanting to piss off lucifer.

but i do have some info for you. not sure how fucking useful it is, but it turns out the casino is operating as basically a battery for lucifer. they take souls from people, transfer it into energy and lucifer eats that shit up. the notes don't say why he needs it. but my thought is this: if lucifer can change souls into energy, then he should be able to do it in reverse. it might not break the spell entirely, but it could at least give you back what you lost while we continue to work on a solution.
there is magic happening behind the scenes of the casino, too. the notes i got refer to an element by the name of "L." it could be lucifer or it could be lillith or someone else entirely. idk. but if we found "L" maybe they could undo the spell itself or at least have a better idea of where to start?
my friend sara suggested i reach out to lilith anyways -- seemed to think she was more likely to actually help than lucifer is. i can start there. i know she's familiar with the magic here, at least.
